Chocolate Protein Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Tone It Up Chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a food processor, combine oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), almonds, coconut, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
    2. Pulse until the mixture sticks together.
    3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
    4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
