Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups packed spinach

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 avocado

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 scoop Tone It Up Protein + Greens Powder

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend spinach and almond milk until completely smooth

  2. Place the remainder of the ingredients into a blender

  3. seal and blend until smooth
