Coolinā Kale
The coconut water replenishes your electrolytes after your sweat sesh, helping you recover from your workout faster.
Ingredients:
Makes 3 servings
Ā½ cup kale
1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
Ā½ cup frozen mango
Ā½ cup frozen pineapple
Ā½ tsp. fresh ginger
1 cup coconut water
Ā½ avocado
Ā½ lime, juiced
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour into popsicle mold. FreezeĀ for at least 12 hours before eating.
