Makes 2 M1, M2 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 2⁄3 cup GF rolled oats 4 tsp. chia seeds 2 tsp. honey or maple syrup 1⁄2 cup sliced mango 1 lime, juiced 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Unsweetened coconut shavings (optional) 1. Combine all ingredients except coconut shavings in a bowl. 2. Divide mixture between two mason jars and store in the fridge overnight before serving. 3. Optional to top with coconut shavings!
