Snickerdoodle Muffins - - almond meal, vanilla Tone It Up Protein, cinnamon, plus extra to sprinkle, baking powder, salt, egg, vanilla extract, dates, pitted and soaked in warm water to soften, unsweetened almond milk, greek yogurt or 1 banana, mashed, coconut oil spray, Preheat oven to 350 degrees.; Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.; Combine all of the wet ingredients, including the dates, in the blender and blend until smooth.; Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.; Spray a mini muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Pour batter into the muffin tins. Put into the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
