This sweet treat is perfect to wow your friends while still sneaking in your #TIUapproved meals! We use <a href="https://www.target.com/c/tone-it-up/-/N-795dm ">Tone It Up Protein</a> so each donut hole has a whopping 6 grams of muscle loving protein! Try this one out this weekend! It's crazy good.</p> - Donut Holes: almond meal, vanilla Tone It Up Protein, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, pumpkin puree, 100% pure maple syrup, egg, unsweetened almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, Cinnamon Sugar Topping: cinnamon, coconut sugar, coconut oil spray, Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined.; Spray a cake pop mould with coconut oil spray.; Spoon the batter into each hole. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. ; Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from mould. Roll each donut hole into a bowl with the cinnamon and sugar until fully coated.; - <p style="text-align: center;">These are perfect to serve up to your gal pals for a tasty brunch treat!!
