Refreshing Spring Smoothie Bowls To Kick Off The Season
By Katrina Scott onTo kick off the beginning of spring this weekend (so ready!), we’re sharing three of our favorite seasonal smoothie bowls. These are perfect to whip up on a weekend morning when you have a little more time to get artsy and make them fun and beautiful!
Made with clean Tone It Up Protein, they are great for a post-workout treat to help your body recover and form lean muscle. Plus, they give us some major tropical vacation vibes, which we can all use right now!

Spirulina Superfood Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
1/2 tsp. spirulina
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
Toppings (Pick 2-3)
1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut shavings
1 tsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup raspberries
1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.2. Add toppings and enjoy!
Pitaya Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
½ frozen banana, sliced
¼ cup of your favorite dairy-free yogurt (almond, coconut, or cashew)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ 3.5 oz packet frozen pitaya (find it in the freezer aisle next to acai)
Toppings
Fresh fruit
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. cocoa nibs
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.2. Add toppings and enjoy!
Piña Colada Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
1 cup coconut water
1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.2. Pour into a bowl and add your fave toppings! We love adding 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes and 1/4 cup fruit!
