Red Lentil Butternut Squash Soup - - red lentils, yellow onion, diced, cloves garlic, diced, butternut squash, cubed, olive oil, vegetable broth, red chili flakes, paprika, salt, , In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Cook until the lentils are soft (about 20 minutes.)
