These delicious smoothies and muffins are made with some of our favorite greens like spinach, kale, cucumber, and matcha, so they pack lots of antioxidants and vitamins. Plus, they all contain clean, plant-based, gluten-free Tone It Up Protein for extra energizing and metabolism-boosting perks.

Green Dream Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
- 1 scoop Tone It Up Marine Collagen
- 8 oz. coconut water
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ avocado (frozen chunks work great!)
- 10 green grapes
- Small handful of fresh baby spinach
- 5 leaves of fresh mint
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Savory Green Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
- 1 small green apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup raw baby spinach
- 1 mini cucumber, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 chives
- Pinch of sea salt
TOPPINGS:
- Pepitas
- Bee pollen
- Chopped chives or parsley
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine milk and chia seeds in the blender cup and let sit for 10 minutes, until seeds swell up a bit.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle with desired toppings.
Vanilla Matcha Mini Muffins Recipe
Makes 24 mini muffins; serving size is 3 mini muffins
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp. matcha powder
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened plain or almond milk yogurt
- Coconut oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Spray mini muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Pour mixture into muffin tin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Crispy Kale Mini Muffins Recipe
Makes 24 mini muffins; serving size is 3 mini muffins
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 2 oz. (1 ½ cups) baked kale chips (homemade or store bought)
- Coconut oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broetin, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; whisk to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine plant-based milk, avocado, egg, maple syrup, and avocado oil; whisk to combine.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in kale chips (save a little to sprinkle on top of the muffins if you want).
- Spritz a mini muffin tray with coconut oil spray and evenly distribute the batter among the cups. Crumble remaining kale chips on top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
