K + Kale Salad - - kale, stemmed and chopped (we love chopping with kitchen shears- so easy!), bell peppers, chopped, red onion, chopped, pine nuts, small bunch cilantro, remove large stems, Lemon Zest Dressing: fresh lemons, juiced, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, zest from 1 lemon, pinch of himalayan sea salt, Add all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine!; You can top with any lean protein or enjoy as a side salad!; This is our absolute favorite salad- it's so zesty and delicious!
