Blueberry Chia Muffins

Blueberry Chia Muffins - - oat flour (or almond meal), vanilla Tone It Up Protein, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, chia seeds, coconut oil, melted, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (from a carton), frozen blueberries, coconut oil spray, Preheat oven to 350 degrees.; Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.; Combine all of the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.; Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.; Gently fold in the blueberries so that they're well combined.; Spray a muffin tin with coconut oil spray.
