Beautiful Buddha Bowl - - sweet potato, cut into thick strips, olive oil, kale, chopped, garlic clove, diced, sprouts, edamame, avocado, cooked quinoa, of salt, crushed red pepper, dried basil, onion powder, (we love McCormick for the spices!), Tahini Dressing: tahini, lemon, juiced, water, pinch of salt, Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.; Toss the sweet potato with 2 tsp olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, dried basil, onion powder and salt. Pour onto a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.; In pan with 1/2 tsp olive oil, add kale and garlic clove. Saute for 3 minutes.; In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the tahini sauce.; In a bowl, combine all ingredients, including cooked kale and baked sweet potato.
