Spinach ~ This nutrient-dense rockstar is loaded with satisfying fiber, vitamin K for strong bones, & lutein for those beautiful eyes. Because it's high in iron, it's the perfect pick-me-up for those afternoon slumps! Try making a green smoothie instead of reaching for your second cup of coffee. ⚡️
Kale ~ All hail the queen of greens! Kale is high in calcium, vitamins A, K, & C, and contains a significant amount of Kaempferol, which has been shown to help prevent cancer. AND there are so many ways you can include kale in your meals. Enjoy it raw, sautéed, in smoothies, or baked!!
Collard Greens ~ With about 3 grams of fiber per cup, collards keeps you super satiated! They also contain vitamin C to boost your immune system and keep your skin looking fab. We love to get creative in the kitchen & use them for wraps!
Arugula ~ This peppery green is such a powerhouse!! It's light & lean and packed with vitamins and minerals. You can get your heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids from this salad staple too!
Brussels Sprouts ~ One of our fave fall foods! They contain a special compound called isothiocyanates, which helps your body detox. They're also filled with glucosinolates, which act as an antioxidant in your body AND further promote detox. We love to roast Brussels or steam them with a squeeze of lemon.
