In this 6 week program with new workouts and meditations with Chyna, Stef, and Tori, plus 40+ nourishing recipes and 6 new meditations with Karena, you’ll build consistency, confidence, and energy from the inside out. Strength, HIIT, Pilates, Kettlebell, Barre, Stretching, and Mindfulness come together in a routine that fits your real life and feels like a wellness retreat you get to experience every day.
