Maple Coffee Pancake

Ingredients

2 scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 banana, mashed

1/2 cup egg whites

1 shot espresso

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

Directions

1. Mash banana with espresso before stirring in remaining ingredients.

2. Spray pan with coconut oil spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter. Flip when ready, about 3-4 minutes per side.
