✓ Prep dressings for your salads - store in a mason jar
✓ Prep your guacamole
✓ Prep your Spicy Burrito Rolls (or Bikini Wraps!)
✓ Prep your Pick Me Up Chia Seed Pudding and store individual servings in mason jars
Slim Down Smoothie Recipe
We love this smoothie because it literally saves us in the afternoon! You want to keep your M4s low in sugar so they don't spike your blood sugar levels.
Feel free to add coconut and cacao nibs to it too!
1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup ice (or frozen cauliflower)
1 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste- we love it!)
