Almond Butter Cookie Smoothie
makes 20 cookies - serving size is 1 cookie (smoothie is 1 serving)
Cookie Ingredients
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened almond butter
2 scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein
1/4 tsp. salt
Coconut oil spray
Smoothie Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 frozen banana, sliced
2 tsp. ground flax seeds
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Prep the cookies in advance for the week - Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Measure 1 Tbsp. round of cookie mixture onto a baking sheet sprayed with coconut oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
2. Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Top with 1 almond butter cookie.
3. You can freeze the extra cookies and save them for later! They're great as a snack for M2 or M4.
