"New Me" Peachy Green Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving 

 

Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice

1-2 cups mixed greens, kale, or spinach

1 cup frozen peaches

2 Tbsp. hemp hearts

1-2 tsp. matcha powder

1 scoop TIU Vanilla Protein + Greens

 

Directions

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

Blend 2-4 minutes or until smooth.
