Welcome to the Tone It Up Fall Challenge! Starting October 4th, as a community we are going to complete 6 weeks of workouts, meditations, recipes, and wellness habits...together! This challenge is about going beyond your physical goals and tapping into how you want to feel mentally, physically, and spiritually. Through mindfulness, movement, and nutrition we’ll kickstart the fall feeling stronger all around.
