KARENA DAWN
Karena Dawn is the co-founder of Tone It Up, founded in 2009, and the host of the Tone It Down podcast. She’s also a mental health advocate through her nonprofit, The Big Silence, and a New York Times bestselling author. Over the years, Karena has inspired millions of women to move their bodies, care for their minds, and feel supported every step of the way.
She’s a proud Pom mom of seven and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Bobby. Karena co-founded Tone It Up 16 years ago and continues her mission to help women feel their best, inside and out.
CHYNA
Chyna is one of our OG TIU trainers, and movement has been part of her life from the beginning. She grew up an athlete, and what started as sports eventually became a love for fitness. Over the years, her “why” has shifted from performance and aesthetics to simply wanting to feel strong, present, and grateful in her own body. After a lot of life unfolding in recent years, she’s grateful to be back with the TIU community. Chyna brings real conversations, unfiltered moments, and a grounded approach to womanhood, wellness, and movement. She can’t wait for you to experience this next chapter with her.
KRISTINA
Kristina Earnest has been a TIU trainer for years, bringing her signature mix of strength, energy, and real-life experience to every workout. A certified personal trainer and group fitness coach with over a decade of teaching HIIT, strength, cycling, mobility, boxing, and treadmill training, she’s also a mom of three living in New York — so she knows the power of efficient, effective movement when life is full. Kristina shows up to help you push with purpose, feel confident in your body, and stay consistent with a training style that’s motivating, athletic, and seriously fun to follow!
ARI BELGRAVE
Ariel Belgrave Harris, one of your OG Tone It Up trainers is an award-winning fitness coach, Under Armour athlete, and your go-to hype woman for feeling strong from the inside out.
She specializes in strength training, HIIT, mobility, and dance-inspired workouts that are equal parts effective and fun. Known for her high-energy and encouraging style, Ariel creates workouts that push you, support you, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think.
For Ariel, movement isn’t just about how you look, it’s about how you feel. It’s about building confidence, releasing stress, and stepping into your strongest self. Her goal is to help you fall in love with movement in a way that fits your life and keeps you coming back for more.
