Protein Popsicle Recipe

Do you remember how excited you were as a little kid when you heard the ice cream truck?! Us too...and we still feel the exact same way about frozen treats ;) Last week, we shared some amazing nice cream recipesĀ and today we have something else cool for ya! šŸ˜ŽšŸ¦

These delicious and refreshing popsiclesĀ will gave you major summer feels...and lots of clean protein. We used our plant-based,Ā clean,Ā non-GMO Tone It Up ProteinĀ so they come with all the protein perksĀ ~ metabolism šŸ‘†šŸ»& sexy, lean šŸ’ŖšŸ»!! Coolin’ Kale

The coconut water replenishes your electrolytes after your sweat sesh, helping you recover from your workout faster.

Ingredients:

Makes 3 servings

½ cup kale

1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup frozen pineapple

½ tsp. fresh ginger

1 cup coconut water

½ avocado

½ lime, juiced

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour into popsicle mold. FreezeĀ for at least 12 hours before eating.

Sunset Spice

Spice up your summer with this metabolism-boosting pop! Turmeric and cayenne rev your metabolism and deliver antioxidants to keep your skin fab!

Ingredients:Ā 

Makes 3 servings

½ peeled orange

¼ tsp. cayenne

¼ tsp. ground turmeric

½ cup frozen pineapple

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

½ cup sliced carrot

¼ cup Greek yogurt

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour into popsicle mold. FreezeĀ for at least 12 hours before eating.

Pretty in Pitaya

This pop is as delicious as it looks! Pitaya contains vitamin C, which has antioxidant properties and helps reduce inflammation in your body.

Ingredients:Ā 

Makes 3Ā servings

½ packet pitaya

1/3 cup frozen raspberries

1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

½ lime, juiced

¼ tsp. ginger

½ cup Greek yogurt

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk from a carton

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour into popsicle mold. FreezeĀ for at least 12 hours before eating.
